with a chair lift just 150 metres from the apartment.

Vieux Bisses, Les Masses sur Heremence
The Chalet Apartment was constructed by a local Builder using timber manufactured
in the village of Heremence that lies just below the hamlet of Les Masses.
Apartment 21 opens onto a small terrace Garden to the south side. In the summer
you can use a BBQ constructed from local Rocks.
It has panoramic views including Crans Montana (across the Rhone valley),
The Matterhorn above Zermatt, The Arolla Glacier and the magnificent Dixence Dam.
Les Masses is at 1550m which ensures snow through most of the Ski Season and
in Summer warm evenings to sit out and enjoy the mountain air.
Accommodation:
The living room has separate sitting area with 3 settees, large dining table with
seating for 10 people. A fully equipped Kitchen area with Built in Oven, integral
electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom has a double king-size bed with patio doors opening onto
south facing balcony, built in dressing table and full length cupboards.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed - west facing full-length cupboards.
Two further bedrooms have full size bunkbeds, one also has a foldout extra bed if required.
There are two bathrooms, the largest has a fullsize bath with hand shower, wash basin and toilet
and other has a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.
There are Ski Lockers on the ground floor for ski and Boots.
This is located adjacent
to the front door for your convenience.
The Chalet also has a communal Sauna Room and clothes washing and drying facilities.

The local food is good and you can find excellent value all times of
the day. There is a restaurant and bar in the hamlet but each visitor
seems to find and prefer their own choice. Supermarkets in the
villages offer quality and value for money. Sion supermarket is well
worth a visit for beautifully presented ranges of
local food products in particular.
