"Le Sabot"is a privately owned chalet completely refurbished during summer 2000. It is well positioned, situated in the beautiful Vallee de La Manche, 2 kilometres from the centre of Morzine, only 600 metres from the Nyon cable car where the ski bus stops, and a 5 minute drive from the Prodains lifts, which give the fastest access to the Avoriaz ski area, it provides a rare combination of superb views and easy access. Although to get the best out of your holiday, it would be advisable to have a car, as the main lifts have adjoining car parks

First or Middle Floor overlooking the valley with stunning views of the ski slopes, is completely given over to a spacious living area 45m²
with 2 large corner sofas, sofa bed, additional seating and floor cushions. A TV and
Video with a selection of films suitable for all ages, a playstation with a variety of games,
CD radio cassette, board games and of course, an open log fire made from stones taken from
the river, make for a relaxing evening at the end of an exhilarating day.
A special feature of this room are the French Windows leading onto a 8 x 2 metre balcony
overlooking a stream and with spectacular views of the mountains. On the balcony is
a table and 10 chairs, a fine spot for lunch or tea.
The dining area seats 12 around a large pine table. Next to this is a separate,
fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric fan oven and a large
American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser

Two ground floor bedrooms, one being a double
with an ensuite and full size bath. The other bedroom on this floor has 2
single beds, a set of bunkbeds and an ensuite bathroom with a full size bath
On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms, one a double room with its
own balcony and views of the ski slopes, with further single sofa
bed and an ensuite with full size bath. The other room has
twin beds and an ensuite with a full size bath.
