after the exhilaration of a day's skiing, hiking or sightseeing?
This comfortable, quiet, modern, and well equipped apartment is located in a beautiful
area at the baths at Val d'Illiez, well known for their relaxing and recuperative
properties, and is only a few minutes from the resort of Champery in the Portes du
Soleil region, one of the largest skiing areas in the Alps.
The apartment is easily accessible by car or train from Geneva or Sion and is a short
drive from the year round pleasures of Montreux and both the Swiss and French sides of
Lake Geneva. The pretty town of Aigle, its chateau and extensive vineyards producing
some of Switzerland's finest wines, and Les Diablerets, with access to the magnificent
Tsanfleuron glacier and winter and summer skiing, are also nearby.
The block is brand new - the apartment is the one on the top floor on the right in the
photo, with soaring windows commanding magnificent views across the valley to Val
d'Illiez and of the snow capped peaks of the Dents du Midi. It can sleep four
people with a large double bed in the mezzanine sleeping area, a double sofa bed in
the lounge, and ample storage space upstairs and down.
