The Chalet is situated on the road to Pres la Joux in the unspoilt mountain village of Chatel on the borders of France and Switzerland. The Lift System in Chatel connects to the vast Portes du Soleil are with over 650 km of piste connecting 14 villages in France and Switzerland. The Ski bus runs past the bottom of the road 50m from the Chalet. The town centre is a 5 minute ride by bus. The main ski areas are a short walk from the town centre or a further bus ride to Pres la Joux which connects to the Portes du Soleil area. |
